QR Automation provides specialized services to meet each individual customer needs. We offer all parts either New, Refurbished or as a Service Exchange. All 3 options come with a 12 month warranty and we will always try to let you know a price for each service on every enquiry.
If you require a Repair then please do contact us as QR Automation is able to repair a wide selection of parts. All repairs also come with a full 12 month warranty.
New
QR Automation holds thousands of New parts in our stock, which are factory packaged and sealed.
There is a wide selection of current manufactured parts, along with obsolete parts as we know the difficulty in finding these parts in a New condition.
QR Automation also works alongside manufacturers worldwide and pass on the excellent discounts we receive to our customers.
Refurbished
QR Automation also holds thousands of refurbished parts in our stock. These are made up of either used parts, rebuilt parts, or new parts that come without their factory sealed box. All of our refurbished parts have been fully cleaned and tested and hold a full 12 month warranty.
Service Exchange
If you have an old part that can be repaired but you need a working part asap, we can offer a Service Exchange where possible.
You send your old part into us, and on receipt we will ship the replacement working part back to you. This service is only available on certain product lines.
Repair
QR Automation can also provide a repair service when possible. All repairs are worked on by fantastic engineers who have been in the industry for sometime.
As with any parts sold, repairs also come with a full 12 month warranty, and we will always do our best to reduce the lead-time.
