1. How do I get a quote?
You can either call the sales team directly on +44 (0)2920 035657 , or enter the part number you require on the home page and send an enquiry directly to us. Our sales team will be in-touch with a price and a lead-time asap.
2. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is very simple, either e-mail your PO to the sales contact who sent you the quote and they will take it from there, or you can call the sales team directly on +44 (0)2920 035657 .
3. What are the payment methods?
QR Automation accepts payment via PayPal or wire transfer. Please confirm your preferred payment method to your sales contact and they will take you through the process.
4. When will my order ship?
Delivery times are always stated on the quote, so as soon as your payment has been made your parts will be processed for shipment.Asia Pacific Automation does offer an 'over-night' delivery service where-ever possible.
5. How do I get a tracking number?
A Customer Service Manager will e-mail a tracking number as soon as it becomes available, but please feel free to call us at any time if this is an urgent matter and we will chase the carrier.
6. When will I receive an invoice?
The quotation we send is classed as a Pro-Forma invoice, but we will also e-mail across a Final Invoice on the shipment date.
7. What Manufacturers stock do you carry?
QR Automation can supply parts from 100s of manufacturers, and these products are listed under 'Products'. If you cannot find what your looking for then please send an enquiry to our sales team or call us directly.
8. My part is obsolete, can you help?
Yes,QR Automation specialises in obsolete and hard-to-find parts. Please call us or send an enquiry and we will get back to you asap.
9. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, QR Automation offers a 12 month warranty on all parts we supply unless specifically stated. There is no extra charge for this warranty.
10. How will the parts be shipped?
QR Automation works alongside UPS, FedEx, DHL and TNT to name a few, and on every quote we will show the shipping charges. If you would like QR Automation to ship on your companies carrier account then this is also not a problem.
